Population Health Pavilion
Population health management is one of the top challenges facing providers as they struggle to improve quality of care at lower costs. Organizations will need to make it easier for patients to cross provider boundaries, and structured approaches to manage variation in cost and quality will be essential. Feedback loops to address patients’ concerns, cost outliers and quality outcomes need development. The Population Health Pavilion will demonstrate tools and resources focused on helping providers build the sophisticated clinical and financial capabilities needed to mitigate financial risk and demonstrate increased quality outcomes. Regardless of where you are in your journey towards value-based, population care, come to the Population Health Gallery where you can experience how to employ interventions and solutions that leverage mobile technologies and connected health strategies to improve practice efficiency, productivity and profitability through population health management.

What can you do to stay ahead of cybercriminals? At the Cybersecurity Command Center you will hear from experts in the field that have faced a threat – and see how they responded. The Center will also feature industry solutions presentations from the exhibitors. Plus, HIMSS will present the results of our recent Cyber Security Survey and you can learn how HIMSS is integrally involved in this space, through its education and advocacy efforts.
