You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-in perfect condition
-in its original packaging
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancelation are not accepted upon fulfillment of your order. Please purchase responsibly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customer Data Sharing
National and/or EU rules sets certain limits to how and when you may share customer-identifying information with HIMSS Population Health. EU regulations state that the customer must have clicked the HIMSS Population Health option before the Merchant shares any such information. Basically this means you share privacy data when the customers actively chooses the HIMSS Population Health option in your checkout and HIMSS Population Health’s widget is shown, not before. Our default setup complies with EU regulations. If you operate in another jurisdiction, you must check what kind of setup is permitted before you do the integration.
You shall always provide correct information and use your own and correct identity. Any use of information that does not belong to you or that you for other reasons are not authorised to use, or the use of the Services in a non-prescribed way, will be seen as a misuse. Any data relating to misuse or suspected misuse may be saved and used for future risk assessment and for the protection of involved parties. HIMSS Population Health reserves the right to block the Services from further usage.
If you upload, import or share content to HIMSS Population Health, like images, texts, receipts, information on goods, service or deliveries, or other content, you grant HIMSS Population Health a royalty-free right to use and display the content for purposes of delivering the Services. We have the right to remove any content uploaded or shared by you if we are required by law, or believe it is offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, violating the rights of others, or otherwise objectionable. You are liable for any content uploaded or shared by you. You acknowledge and agree that if you upload, import or share content that is abusive, threatening or offensive, or violates, or HIMSS Population Health may reasonably assume to violate, law or your agreement with HIMSS Population Health, we may terminate or deactivate your use of the HIMSS Population Health.
By using our Services you consent and agree that HIMSS Population Health can provide all communications, payment information, terms, disclosures required by law and other information to you electronically, including via HIMSS Population Health website, app, or the email address(es) that you provided to us.
You understand and acknowledge that, in order to access and retain Communications, you will need the following:
- A computer or a mobile device with an internet connection
- A valid email address and mobile phone number
Updating your contact information
It is your responsibility to ensure that HIMSS Population Health have your current email address and mobile phone number, so that we can communicate with you electronically. If you need to update your primary email address, please contact Customer Service to make the change. If we send you an electronic Communication that you don’t receive due to an outdated email address, we will maintain the position that the Communication was provided to you.

Assignment or transfer
You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under these terms. To the extent not otherwise already permitted by applicable law, we may transfer or assign these terms or any right or obligation under these terms at any time provided that such transfer does not alter your rights and obligations under these terms to your detriment.
